What size ranges do you carry?

Our bras fit women ranging from a 28–44 band size and B–H cup.

Do your bras have wires?

Nope! Every MINDD bra is completely wire-free — designed for true comfort and everyday beauty.

How do you test your bras?

Each MINDD bra is tested by real women — from B cups to H cups — in every stage of development.
We use multiple fit models to ensure the perfect fit across a range of shapes and sizes, and we perform extensive wear and performance testing on every style before launch.

Can I work out in your bras?

Yes — and many women do!
Our bras have been tested for Yoga, Spin, Pilates, and Weight Training.

  • If you love a little extra cleavage, try the Deep V.

  • For everyday movement and active comfort, our Mid V Lined Bra is the go-to favorite.
    (We don’t currently make a high-impact bra specifically for running or HIIT — yet!)

Are your bras safe for women who’ve had reconstructive surgery?

Many women who have undergone reconstructive or heart surgery, or have biopsy scarring, love MINDD bras for their wire-free comfort and gentle support.

Women with breast augmentation also tell us our bras are perfect for post-procedure comfort.
That said, we’re not medical professionals — please follow your doctor’s recommendations after any surgery.

How should I care for my MINDD bra?

We recommend being MINDDFUL of your bra care (see what we did there?).

  • Wash on cold using a gentle cycle

  • Never use bleach

  • Lay flat or hang to dry

  • Please don’t put your bra in the dryer — heat can break down performance fibers over time

How often should I wash my MINDD bra?

Because your bra sits closest to your skin, we recommend washing it after every 2 wears.
It will always fit and feel best when freshly washed.

How much does shipping cost?

We’re happy to offer:

  • FREE shipping on all orders to Canada

  • FREE shipping on U.S. orders over $75

Where does MINDD ship?

We currently ship to Canada and the U.S.

Our Canadian office is based in Calgary, Alberta, while all orders ship from our distribution hub in New Albany, Ohio.

What are the shipping times?

  • U.S. orders: typically arrive in 3–4 business days via USPS

  • Canadian orders: shipping times may vary due to postal delays — please reach out to hello@minddbra.com if you have questions

ORDER PROCESSING

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
When it ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.
We typically ship Monday–Friday (no weekend shipments).

SALE POLICY

During major sale events (Summer Sale, Black Friday, Boxing Day, etc.), sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
Items marked Final Sale cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Discounts automatically applied at checkout or via promo codes cannot be combined with other promotions.
We do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Not for you? We’re disappointed too.

Within 21 Days

We gladly accept returns for U.S. and Canadian orders within 21 days of shipment, provided items are in new, unworn, unsoiled condition.
Sale items are non-returnable and final sale.

First Exchange Is Free

We offer a one-time complimentary exchange to help you find the right fit.
Visit our Return Portal to receive a prepaid return label.
Once we receive your original item in perfect condition, your exchange will be shipped out immediately.

Easy Returns

For returns, visit our Return Portal to receive your prepaid label.
Once received and inspected, we’ll issue:

  • A refund to your original payment (minus return label cost), or

  • A digital gift card for store credit (for the full amount paid).

All returned items must be in new, unused, and unsoiled condition.
