We want to make sure your experience is seamless — so here’s everything you need to know about returning your MINDD™ Bra.
To begin your return:

Locate your order number — it starts with MND (for example, MND12345).

Enter your full order number exactly as shown (MND + your number).

Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities.
If your bra isn’t perfect, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
1. Return Window
We gladly accept returns within 21 days of delivery for all full-price bras.
The 21-day period begins on the day your order arrives.
Exceptions:

Bras purchased with a discount greater than 20% are not eligible for refund.

A store credit will be issued once these items are returned.

If you experience any issues with your order, please reach out before returning your item.
3. Return Criteria
To be eligible for return, your item must be:

New, unused, unwashed, and unworn

Returned with all original tags and packaging intact
We cannot accept bras that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or missing tags.
4. Important Checks Before Returning

Your bra must be 100% unworn and unwashed.

Do not use “Return to Sender.” Use the prepaid return label we provide.

Every item is carefully inspected and photographed upon arrival.

A $6 handling fee applies to all returns.
5. Return Labels
Return labels must be used within 10 days of issue or they will be canceled.
If you need a new label, email hello@minddbra.com for assistance.
6. Quality Inspection
For safety and hygiene, all returned items undergo a third-party quality inspection before processing.
Items that fail inspection are donated to women’s shelters — ensuring every bra still supports someone who needs it.
7. Refund Processing
Refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear on your original payment method after your return is received and approved.
Exceptions may apply depending on your payment provider.
8. Return & Handling Charge
A $6.00 return and handling fee applies to all refunded orders.
This fee covers inspection, packaging, and shipping costs.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund is delayed or missing after 14 days, please contact us at hello@minddbra.com — we’ll be happy to help track it down.
