As part of our closing sale, all items purchased on or after June 14, 2026 are final sale. Final sale status was clearly indicated on each product page at the time of purchase and is subject to our Terms & Conditions and Return Policy available on our website.

Only full-price purchases made before June 14, 2026 are eligible for a refund in accordance with our posted policies.

MINDD will cease operations on June 30, 2026.

Start Your Return

To begin your return:

  1. Locate your order number — it starts with MND (for example, MND12345).

  2. Enter your full order number exactly as shown (MND + your number).

MINDD™ Return Policy


1. Return Window

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery for all full-price bras. Underwear and Bodysuits are not final sale. 

The 14-day period begins on the day your order arrives. 

Exceptions:

  • Bras purchased with a discount greater than 20% are not eligible for refund.


2. Return Criteria

To be eligible for return, your item must be:

  • New, unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • Returned with all original tags and packaging intact

We cannot accept bras that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or missing tags.


3. Important Checks Before Returning

  • Your bra must be 100% unworn and unwashed.

  • Do not use “Return to Sender.” Use the prepaid return label we provide.

  • Every item is carefully inspected and photographed upon arrival.

  • A $6 handling fee applies to all returns.


4. Return Labels

Return labels must be used within 10 days of issue or they will be canceled.

7. Quality Inspection

For safety and hygiene, all returned items undergo a third-party quality inspection before processing.
Items that fail inspection are donated to women’s shelters — ensuring every bra still supports someone who needs it.


8. Refund Processing

Refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear on your original payment method after your return is received and approved.
Exceptions may apply depending on your payment provider.


9. Return & Handling Charge

A $6.00 return and handling fee applies to all refunded orders.
This fee covers inspection, packaging, and shipping costs.


10. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund is delayed or missing after 14 days, please contact us at hello@minddbra.com — we’ll be happy to help track it down.
