Welcome to our Returns FAQ page! We want to make sure your experience is seamless, so here's everything you need to know about returning your MINDD Bra.
1. Return Window:
- We gladly accept returns within 21 days for all full-price bras only.
- The 21-day period starts upon the bra's arrival at your location.
Exceptions: We do NOT accept returns on any bras purchased with greater than 15% discount code. A credit will be issued upon return of the bra.

- Please note all sale product purchased within the month of November and December that has a greater than 20% discount applied is subject to Final Sale. No Exceptions. No Exchanges.
- Our customers wait all year for our once yearly sale and inventory is limited. Thank you for understanding.
2. Return Process:
- If we issue a return label, ensure the bra is sent within 10 days of requesting the return.
- USPS accepts returns at your mailbox.
3. Assistance and Recommendations:
- We're here to help! Email us at hello@minddbra.com for information or style/size recommendations.
4. Initiating a Return:
- For return initiation, email us at hello@minddbra.com. It may take 24-48Hrs to receive a reply. Our apologies in advance. We are working hard to ensure we respond the same day.
6. Return Criteria:
- The product must be new, unused, with all original tags, and in original packaging.
- Worn, damaged, washed, or tagless bras won't be refunded.
- Damaged or dirty products won't be accepted.
7. Important Checks Before Return:
- Your bra must be 100% unworn and unwashed.
- Do not use "return to sender"; use our provided return label for refunds.
- We inspect returned items rigorously and photograph any worn or damaged products.
8. Return Labels:
- All return labels must be used within 10 days or will be canceled.

9. Quality Inspection:
- For safety, all bras undergo a quality inspection upon return to our warehouse.
- We use a third-party resource for this inspection; failed items are donated to a women's shelter.
10. Refund Processing:
- Refunds may take up to 14 days to process.
- Exceptions may apply.
11. Return and Handling Charge:
- A $6.00 return and handling charge is applied to all returned orders.
