Care Instructions

Q: HOW TO WASH MID V AND DEEP V BRAS? Delicate cold wash, no bleach. Lay flat or hang dry—avoid the dryer.

Q: ANY DIFFERENT INSTRUCTIONS FOR CROSS-FRONT SEAMLESS T-SHIRT BRA? Similar instructions; handwash pads if needed. Minor puckering is normal.

Q: HOW OFTEN SHOULD I WASH MINDD BRAS? Wash every 3 wears for optimal form and support. 


Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? Currently US and most Canadian locations. European shipping coming soon!

Returns & Exchanges

Q: WHAT IS THE MINDD RETURN POLICY? Return within 21 days if unworn, undamaged, and unwashed. Sale items are not returnable. Contact us for manual exchanges. See our Return FAQ page for more information.

Q: CAN I RETURN BODYSUITS AND UNDERWEAR? No, due to health regulations.

Q: ARE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES FREE? Returns have a $6 fee; first-time exchanges are free.

Q: MY BRA IS DAMAGED! WHAT DO I DO? Email us with info and photos within 45 days of your purchase. We will review and request you send the bra back. We'll issue credit after inspecting the damaged bra.
