We will gladly accept your return within 21 days of shipment on all full price bras.

Any bras bought on sale / discount are eligible for exchange only.

We are happy to assist with providing additional information and recommendations on the best style and size for you. Please email us directly at This includes all Black Friday, Friends and Family, Cyber Monday, Semi Annual and all upcoming Sale Items.

The product must be in new, unused condition with all the original tags.

Returns that don’t meet this criteria will not be refunded. 

We reserve the right to refuse if a product is damaged, dirty, has any sign of deodorant marks, is washed or missing tags/stickers. 

Please check the following before you send your item(s) back as we will not be able to process your return without them

      1. Your bra must be 100% unworn. Of course you can try it on. 
      2. Your bra must never have been washed.
      3. Do not send your bra back as "return to sender" Our warehouse will reject it and you will not be refunded.
      4. We can not process any return that does not have our return label. Do not send it via USPS with your own personal label. It will not get to us and therefore you can not and will not be refunded.
      5. Please note we do a rigorous inspection when the garments are returned. We do photograph any worn, damaged product that is sent back to us.

For your safety our bras go through a thorough quality inspection when it arrives back to our warehouse. We inspect all bras upon return to our facility. 

We use an objective 3rd party resource to conduct this rigorous quality inspection back at our warehouse facility. If your bra does not pass this QA inspection you will be notified and your garment will be donated to a local women's shelter. 

It may take up to 14 days to process your refund.

Credit only on any sale items including clearance items, underwear & the bodysuit are not returnable, however some exceptions apply.
