Shipping policy

We strive to get your order out the same day it is received. 

We ship via USPS unless you have chosen to ship UPS and pay for additional shipping.

For all orders that are scanned by the carrier as "delivered" and you have not received it, please ensure the correct address was used to place the order. If it was, please contact your neighbors to determine if they received it in error. 

We will NOT contact USPS on your behalf. You must contact them to issue a claim if the package is scanned as delivered.
